Role: Lead designer, art direction, packaging

Nature's Bounty launched Modern Wellness, a new line of supplements targeting 30-something millennials. The brand team requested packaging work for a hemp-infused product that displays a modern and premium aesthetic, while staying away from an actual image of a hemp plant and the brand's conventional green/white/gold look. Additionally, they saw the side panels as a billboard opportunity and asked to make full use of them.

The look and feel of HEMP + was inspired by Swiss design, known for its geometric, sans-serif, and asymmetrical characteristics. We chose a dark gray as a base color to suggest reliability and quality, and contrasted the tone with vibrant colors for modernity and differentiation of each product variation. Under the guidance of the creative director, we landed on a captivating design that fulfills the brand team's request.
